Mixed Pairs Tournament

The CLBC held its annual Betty and Duncan Locke Mixed Pairs Tournament July 5/6th. 11 teams (22 bowlers) participated. Play was terrific all weekend! Many last bowl plot twists to keep everyone on their toes! Through the round robin the teams of Debby Davey & Bill Ferguson and Susan Quesnel & Darren Takao prevailed to the final match. At the end Susan and Darren took the match. Susan said, "We definitely had the help of the Lawn Bowling gods this weekend. And then Darren decided to be superstore rockstar and made some phenomenal shots that got us out of a lot of trouble. Lotta fun as always."

Betty and Duncan then presented them with their trophy to the delight of all in attendance!
