Men's and Women's Novice Tournament

There was some very impressive tournament play August 18 but all of the eight players had fun and everyone learnt more about the sport.

My thanks to the Markers (Dawn, Reen, Sue and Ross) for their dedication and imparted knowledge.

The Women's Novice Singles Tournament was won by Penelope Woodwark, who was undefeated in all three games, and,

The Men's Novice Singles Tournament was won by David Kerr, who, likewise, was undefeated in all three games.
