Day -23 - In the Home Stretch

The Island Irrigation Team is getting close to finishing the construction phase of the Green Rebuild. Work is shifting to completing the area surrounding the greens.

A lot of area outside of the green will get a much needed restoration over the remainder of this week. Much of the green in the North West corner was raised over 7 inches. To avoid a safety issue, the surround and sidewalk must now be raised to match the backboard elevation.

One last water and final compaction before testing is taken to make sure the surface density meets specs.
