The 2020 Closing Jitney was held on the big field at the Cowichan SportsPlex facility on Sunday September 27th. This event marks the end of what was a very short bowling season for the club. We look forward to a longer season next year on our own re-built green.

Twenty four club members came out to play the Spider and three fun short games before heading to park area for lunch. Bowlers were divided into two groups (Red and Blue). Prizes were awarded to all who participated.

During our 3 months at the Sportsplex, 75 members came out to try lawn bowling on the artificial greens. Many members commented on how lucky we were to have this facility available to us. Our thanks to the Sportplex management for their support.
